Hi friends,
As someone who preaches the importance of materials things, I have no right sending you mail about the devastation in Los Angeles. I'm gutted and don't have the words anyway.

But I want to acknowledge it here and to say only one thing that makes any sense to me right now.

We have to keep living, doing, and showing up for each other.
So that we have something to pass on.
And by “something” I don’t mean heirlooms.
I mean moments.
Our stories don’t burn.
Make them now.
Your story can change in an instant.

We will return to our normally scheduled programming soon. In the meantime, do what you can for Los Angeles and first responders, even if it’s small. X! -Shana
